BFB greeting on the server

hello

i went on a new york server and i was greated by a welcome message with my name on it, can we add this to ours to give new players a warm welcome?

I think we have (had) this at some point... I was greeted a couple of days ago after the server crashed and I rejoined.

I think one of the admin tools does this (Guardian) but you need to have it running at all times.

At the moment the server configs we have are quite limited due to missing/broken server code. Give it time and EA will hopefully fix/add therse features so we can add more things like server messages, MOTD's etc...

also can we get our website address on there a bit more, as i see the 'sorry kicking for bfb member' but can we add some like join here to stop this or something.

The "kicking for members" message is not automated, it has to be typed in manually every time.

Like I said earlier in the thread, we're waiting for EA/DICE to fix the message of the day facility, and hopefully add server messages too. Also the admin tool is very basic, I'm sure that will improve over time.
