    Mouse Pointer Speed Issues

So whever my computer goes to sleep rather than shutdown the mouse goes mad, the pointer speed slows right down when it comes back online, even though the settings are the same and its starting to piss me off, even when i have the mouse on its highest setting its too slow.

Now the obvious answer is obviusly dont put the computer to sleep and i never intend to but theres a stupid sleep button next to my escape key and when youve had a few it inevitably gets pressed every so often, plus when i shut it down sleep is th eoption just above shutdown so again it gets pressed sometimes.

Anyone else experienced this and if so how do i fix it.

Weird thing is I cnt find the same problem on google which is a first but makes me wonder if its just me.

Its a Microsoft Habu. Cant remember ever installing drivers so i assume they probably are out of date, i'll give that a bash and see if it helps.

ive noticed with my Copperhead that when my pc goes into sleep mode or happens to cut out when ire boot the lights are on but no one is at home. My mouse looks on but does not work. I have to unplug it and re plug in. im thinking its just a case of the onboard memory farting and giving up and needing a reset?

If you are looking for a new sig ill give it a go

This used to happen to me on some crappy Dell mouse that I used to use. I sometimes had to unplug it and re-boot the computer before plugging it back in again in order to make it work. Very odd.
