Reducing the number of players to start the server.

I agree with this idea. We should reduce the number of players needed to start the server. Yesterday we were 5 potentially available to do this. But it's still not enough. And who wants to wait 20 minutes without being able to move ?

Changing that setting will remove the server from the 'quick start' list and make it harder to get the server running.

As the head server admin, DOW should be able to use Procon and the adaptable server size plugin to help.

As for not being around much... sorry guys but I've got a lot on my plate atm.

I did not know I could do that. I will download it and look at this, however no one has gone on our server in weeks.

Just downloaded it and it had a virus in it, so I am not using it.

The OCUK server still gets quick match traffic with 1 player start and plugins.

Didn't they change it in one of the updates?

Something needs changing, you can't get less than no players after all. I suggest a 1000 ticket metro only because they are popular and you can use it to advertise the other server and forum creating more traffic all round.
