OK ive been having look about for helps and stuff and ive come accross the RAF stuff. they have a few good thigns i like. Their widget is ok but 2 small for me but i do like their free text service where they text you and basically go oi work out time, do this nowdid i mention its free

Healthy Food Section
Remeber eating is a good thing, if u stop eating to lose "fat"( remeber muslce is heavier than fat, so you should say trying to loose the fat not the weight), u will probably get more fat. Simply if you dont eat breakfast your body goes "oh no not getting food today, must store more food as fat" as its a energy store. The Best thing to loose the "Fat" Is eat moreNow i dont mean gorge on burgers all day. BElive itor not the 3 big meals a day is ok but not grreat, your body on average will only use half the energy in youre lunch and tea and store the rest as fat. If you have lots of smaller meals during the day your body uses it all up and stores much less and this increases ya metabalism
