Thats awesome, someone obviously tipped them off the day that the google car was supposed to go past. If you check out google's offices in SanFransisco they're all outside with signs and dressed up its amusing. Some of them cycle along with the car for a mile or two.

BWahahaha! If you scroll up and down the road with the arrows you see them sat in deckchairs and then chase the camera car down the street!
