    Oh well. It would be interesting to see how another studio develops MW3, they might even put in dedicated server support.

    this is a typical money play...i was reading the suit filed against activision....yes us lawyer types like to do that...they are suing for 36 million is all, not really that much compared to the total sales....i think activision is going to end up paying out the ass for this. HR issues are really really hard to hold up in court. BUT as a infosec guy, i can tell you, if they emailed someone and activision has that email, then they are fooked. here is a good article to read on it. Basically, i think, opinion, that these boys were takign their billion dollar game and shopping around, which would violate their contracts a it....activision is taking the steps to protect their investment....good for the publisher.
