Well...I took part in a motorbike track day on Monday which was using the new Arena GP layout at Silverstone.

Firstly, the new layout is very good and I think it will give many more opportunities for rider to overtake in the MotoGP.

The weather was crap as it pissed down most of the day, and there was a lot ot new tarmac around so it was fairly slippery in places.

I used a £40 bullet cam, and I've uploaded a video to FB. (FB seems to reduce the quality...!!!!)

Times were slow, as was myself and many others. The limited grip and cold, wet conditions were the limiting factor - oh an bear in mind that I had the lowest powered bike there! :)

Yeah the new GP layout looks sweet - they are running it in the LMS this year I think which I will be going to - should be good.

Nice one Taz. Not best weather for a track day!!!

Your £40 bullet cam makes mine look like a waste of money now lol.

All those in favour for a BFB bike meet this summer... say aye.

Aye :D

Yeah - conditions were pretty ****. New tarmac and cold rain don't really inspire much confidence!

I'm alawys up for a biker meet.

The quality from the camera has really impressed me. The original .avi is much crisper, and my dirty/wet screen doesn't help either! :)
